  1. My Diet:

     

    Morning

     

    Almost 500ml of water before I eat breakfast

    Breakfast: wholewheat bread, hard boiled egg

     

    Lunch:

    Ulam, no rice. I use quinoa as rice substitute.

     

    Dinner:

    Chicken breast, asparagus, fish, other types of veges.

    I still use quinoa as rice substitute.
