my friend has a problem with his innova G dsl,

just last nov, when he was driving and steps on the breaks, just when coming to a complete stop the engine stalls,

he restarted and just like what happened earlier the engine stalled again when he was just about to stop.

he brought it to a toyota dealer and the service adviser said it was the fuel pump. the dealer replaced

it but still the problem remained. The car is just a year old and still under warranty, he said he didn't do anything

to the engine that could have caused the problem.

As for me im not having problems with my innova V since its still almost brand new and has a gasoline engine.

Up to now he is still having problems with his innova, but now it seldom stalls when braking but the engine

sounds different. a little noisy than ordinary. He is planning to sell it to free himself from the headaches.

I hope he resolves his problem with his car.
