Hi there everyone.  I am currently working for a startup callcenter located at Ortigas and currently there are a lot of positions available from Shift Managers to Sales Agent.  This is an outbound callcenter and we need to fill up 75 seats pretty quick.  We are due to start our operations by mid-August so all those interested to join a startup and preferably worked at a callcenter as an outbound sales agent please feel free to email me their resumes.  Email is tazman2073@yahoo.com  I'll be position the details of all positions available either within the day or tomorrow.  Also I'm am looking for experienced IT persons with experience in predictive dialing softwares, preferrably Stratasoft.  I'll also be posting the details either within the day or tomorrow.

can u give me more details about the job? ive been interested in working for a call center but had my apprehensions because of the night shift and the fact that its a dead end career.

Qualifications:

·  BS Psychology or Behavioral Science Graduate

·  With at least two (2) years significant work experience in handling HRD functions such as recruitment & training , benefits & services, wage & salary admin., employee relations & counseling as well as security & admin

·  Well-versed with the provisions of the Labor Laws

·  Must be good in formulating and implementing Company Rules & Regulations .
