Nasal irrigation, where to buy the saline and pot?

was treated with saline solution and mometasone(nasonex) nasal spray steroids

 

still no effect

Maybe it's due to a bacterial infection? Please see your doctor again. Sinusitis is usually treated also with antibiotics.

Doctors, has anyone tried using a ketogenic diet on a diabetic patient? Does it work? I've read a few books, and would like to see if anyone is using it to treat patients.

It may be related if you formed another stone. Or it may be unrelated, and may be due to another disease of the liver. Please consult your doctor and have the necessary workups done.

Gallbladder is for concentration of bile which help in fat absorption. You may have impaired fat absorption. The unabsorbed fat goes to your colon where it is digested by bacteria. This may be the cause of your LBM. Just reduce your fat intake, and see if you'll be fine.

Sometimes diet and meds won't work on goiter (but is still benign). You can request removal of the thyroid gland for cosmetic purposes if you want from your ENT.

29 year old guy here. I was diagnosed with mild fatty liver on ultrasound last year. I reduced my rice intake (half cup rice, or sometimes no rice), and maintained yung dami ng ulam ko. Drinked very seldom (once every 3 months). Did some exercise (cycling). I dropped about 10kg (95kg to 85kg). I got a follow up ultrasound of my liver and it was no longer fatty.

Best thing to do for fatty liver is really weight loss through diet and exercise. The fat needs to be burned.

Haven't talked with my exes in years. But that's for the better.
