What's this movie about sex swap between two married couples?

In the movie, two couples come together and agree to swap partners. The first time it turns out well and they decide to do it a 2nd time but things start to wrong. One couple decide they don't want to go ahead but the 2nd couple have other evil intentions and they blackmail the 1st couple into keeping the relationship.

In one scene, the evil couple present the good ones with a massive big screen TV as a gift and turn it on infront of their children and their escapades show up on the screen. The wife then smashes up the TV before the kids get to see any of it.
