saan malapit yun discovery shores?

 

is it near waling-waling?

yup malapit lang. it's near station one if i'm not mistaken, away from the crowd.

stayed in panglao last year at crystal coast. if you're along alona beach, it's the property on a hill overlooking alona beach. the view naturally was spectacular. the amenities were not much but the service was superb. heard that they closed down shortly after our stay for renovations. has anyone been there who could tell us how the place looks now? planning to go back in the next few months or so.

been to white beach once. first impression ko pagkakita ko pa lang sa beach mula sa bangka, sabi ko mukhang palengke. mapapansin mo agad yung stalls and eateries na may kanya-kanyang signs pa. real eyesores. it shows a lack of community planning and unbridled commercialization. dapat sana yung commercial establishments ipinagbawal at least 50 meters from the beachline. saka dapat regulated yung mga structures para di mukhang slum area ang itsura.

anyway, sabi nila mura daw ang food pero medyo mahal na rin kasi siguro peak season nun.

i'm told that the crowd and nightlife at sabang is totally different from white beach. sa sabang daw ang puntahan ng mga foreigners kasi maraming bars dun. as to which is better, i guess depende na sa hanap mo.
