i plan to go to hk disney around the last week of august of this year, can someone give me cheap places to stay in hk near disney or at least a train ride away. i'm on a limited budget. thanks all

Beijing now has a lot of modern/contemporary places to visit, it's now a good mix of the old and the new. Tianjin is 20mins away by bullet train if you are after European Architecture. Food is the only downside in Beijing with the exception of the Peking Duck which is actually cheap when compared to Manila.
There are now Cebu Pacific flights to Beijing in addition to the PAL flights.

May nakikita ako sa mga travel agencies $130 lang 3days and 2 nights, may kasama pang ride all you can sa disneyland... Maayos kaya yung hotel na kasama sa package dun?
Don't bet on it. You will probably stay in crappy hotels and be required to attend a "city tour" also.

That's sale season meaning you can really buy plenty of cheap clothes. Pero weather wise, it's hot and humid. Sometimes rainy or worse, typhoons. Chamba chamba talaga.

Expensive is relative, that's why i asked for the budget. If you will stay in a suite of a 5 star hotel in hong kong then that would definitely be a more expensive trip than staying in discovery shores or shangrila boracay. amanpulo? hmm close call.
And like i said, the local attractions aren't the same as the foreign attractions so you can't compare HK disneyland with our resorts even if they cost the same.
