Mga Master, tanong lang, I buy 2nd hand IBM desktop computers, since yung OS nya is license sa company, they reformat the computer. I try to switch it on when I first get it and it shows windows XP professional. I'm surprised that there is OS, so I connected it on the internet and downloaded YM. Unfortunately after downloading the YM suddenly it hangs and the screen goes all black. the only thing that i see on the screen is mouse cursor. I try to re-start but it goes the same. Can you please help me find out resolving the problem. Thanks!

Hi! just wandering around, I have internet cafe and we have two internet provider, kaso nga lang yung globe for the past two months na eh! walang connection, sabi for upgrading daw. mandaluyong kami and I'm thinking if we can switch to skybroadband di ko lang lam kung ok ito sa location namin? San ba location mo? can you give more details regarding skybroadband kung paano kami makakapag subscribe and its performance? We have ten pc so far. thanks!

pare try mo mag clear cache, full system scan ka for spywares, adwares & viruses.....

Bossing crunchy nagawa ko na scan pc ko but still the problem exist. Pls see attached regarding sa message box na nag a-appear sa screen ko. Thanks!

mga master, tanong lang ulit?! pwede ba na ma control ng ibang tao ang laptop ko, kasi buhat ng me lumabas na message inbox sa laptop ko after nga na ma open ko, bigla na lang pag na cha-chat me, me bigla na lang sisingit na message na di ko pa tina type? thanks! :)

mga master, me consult lang sana me. Nag expire na kasi yung anti virus ko which is Norton, napalitan ito ng AVAST, nababagalan ako sa laptop ko kaya gumamit ako ng pirated na mccafee for the meantime na di pa me nakakabalik sa trabaho, simula na nun bigla na lang me lumalabas na message inbox after na open ko laptop ko and in other language kaya di ko maintindihan, meron lang website na nakalagay dun na "http://dywt.com.cn", so ginagawa ko close ko lang cya. Ngaun na napalitan na ng license ang anti virus ko (mccafee), meron pa rin lumalabas na message box sa laptop ko which is exactly the same. Patulong naman sa inyo mga bossing paano alisin ito.....thanks!

actually, the XP 2008 Anti Virus is a spyware.

I have my Acer Travelmate Notebook 4000 and it is more than four years now since I buy it from abroad, just want your help to check if anyone from you know where is the best repair shop for acer laptop. Acer performance for me is A+ and this notebook have sentimental value that's why I want it for repair, problem is the LCD. It has a white vertical line near the right portion of the LCD and eventually, a thin red line comes out on the left portion. I can still use it, actually just now I'm using it but according to our ICT, it is best to buy new laptop instead of repairing the old one.
