I was advise to go to the gym early in morning, helps you burn and sweat even more. There's also fewer people so it'll only be you and the trainor. Since I'm on leave, I think I'll be making it a habit to go as early as 8 in the morning.

I politely asked: "sino pong Odette? May bago tayong Aso?" (thinking my dad adopted again some dog from his shop)

She answered: "Ano ka ba naman, Doc. Hindi dahil busy ka masyado, wala ka ng balita. Si Odette po yung bagyo, basa-basa o nood-nood din pag may time.."

Puzzled yet really made me laugh, sobrang behind na ako.
