No. HIV cannot be diagnosed by urinalysis. It can only be diagnosed by blood testing.

I mean STD not HIV

If the urinalysis LAB test is normal does that mean you are FREE of STD?

thanks doc peter, nag doubt lang ako kasi may vaccine kaagad kaya ako humingi ng second opinion. and dun sa groin area she gave me a soap for fungi actually commercially kasi wala pangalan at normal ung soap na pang fungi, acne, rash kaya nagdoubt ako.

Mga Doc if you were diagnosed having a non gocc (i'm not sure the term in MED it is but definitely not Gonorrhea) and a fungi in the groin area does it require shot ( vaccine yata pero di ko alam term basta may shot 2 vials na daw un) TIA

ah, itchiness in the groin area can be an initial symptom of an STD, moreso after having sex.. so may i suggest that you consult a physician for proper evaluation..

Doc Pete ask ko lang what would you advice pag very irritating na ung itchiness sa testicles wala naman sa penis. wala naman symptoms like pain sa pee, discharge un lang makati masyado lalo na pag kinamot mo. TIA
