it is never recommended to replace the radiator top/bottom with copper. the plastics in the radiator are designed to crack upon reaching a certain temperature thus avoiding further damage to your engine. It is cheaper to replace the radiator than your car's engine.

if budget is an issue you can try going to DENSO over at Pasong Tamo ext in Makati (automotive row). if the radiator core is still usable (no holes or not warped) they will replace the plastic top and recrimp it to your old core. that way you will retain your car's original specs and you will have the advantage of higher resale for your unit.

I may be wrong but AFAIK most if not all vehicles with twin exhausts have v-type engines or horizontally opposed piston arrangements. Inline engines like most japanese makes only have single exhausts.
