jul 23 lang ang nahahati. sometimes jul 24 but definitely not the 25th. youre a true blue leo

i quit smoking 2 years ago. i was a chain smoker also. first thing i did when i wake up is light a cigarette. i smoked everywhere. in the car. on my work desk. while crossing the street. it was really bad.

 

try what i did. i quit cold turkey. i was smoking so bad and feeling sick already that i had no choice. its all in the mind. i know you can do it.

 

after two years i havent had a single puff. i feel better and i sure as hell smell and taste better 

yup, its really more effective to quit cold turkey than the slow gradual approach.

for brewed coffee or americana i take it black.

for latte or capuccino (hot or cold) i take it with half a packet of equal, cinnamon and nutmeg

i am a cancer/leo. very opposite signs ... for me the best of both worlds

naku im a food addict... im always craving for something....

green seafood soup and siomai from big bowl of china and esp their chili sauce. cant get enough of it!

kashmir. hummus. nan. curry.

salmon sashimi with lots of wasabi

oodys. noodle soup # 405

pho hoa. seafood pho and chicken salad and esp their hoisin and chili sauce

la piadina 4 cheese pizza esp their chili garlic sauce

yum yum yum... and im just getting started.... more to come later
