I have an extra one for anyone who might be interested in acquiring one, just let me know. :D

  3. Suteki, yup, kinda funny how that happens....

Veedub, the riseman is a nice watch, may get myself one in the near future.

Thanks ohmy, you have great watches as well...the gw 1101 looks tough.

  4. shark, i didnt say that i was not convinced with casio's capabilities, in reality i know that my casio might outlive all my other watches without the cost of repairs, only battery change will make it live a lifetime, i just cant fathom myself buying a casio thats worth that much, pero if i really can afford it, then why not. good day shark

Hi, sorry for the misunderstanding, what I meant to say is that, Vanexel, I want you to watch this video.

And guys who are not convinced of Casio's capabilities, watch this video as well.

I didn't mean for it to mean that you are not convinced of what Casio watches can do or its capabilities...my bad.

Me as well, I can't imagine spending that much moolah on a Casio, I can get a pretty decent Breitling for that price,

or as you said a Sinn....

By the way sir Vanexel, how did you find the video?

  5. given that my g-shock model doesn't have a sapphire glass, does it hold itself well against scratches? :)

The rubber bezel will protect the crystal from everyday bumps, don't worry about it sir... :thumbsupsmiley:

  6. Wow kidneythief!

That is a nice watch...My Giez has exactly the same specs(module 4777), except for the titanium, sapphire crystal and the hefty price tag. Congratulations sir! I'm sure you will get a lot of envious stares.

Please post some wrist shots to make us watch fans salivate...

Suteki, yes, the Giez GS-1100 is made in Japan, unlike the ones sold in the mall, GS-1001(non-solar,non-atomic), are cased in Thailand.

Hi Vanexel, try some Casios, I haven't worn the Blue GS-1100 I posted. so if you are interested.....hehe......just let me know.

I intend to put the Seikos in my display case, them being vintage pieces, and wear this one instead as my daily watch:

    25th anniversary Master Blue Frogman

Solar, Auto Backlight, Programmable 10 timezones, 3 daily alarms, countdown timer, stopwatch, ID,Passport,Bloodtype info,

dive timer, ISO 200 meters water resist. Titanium body.
