i guess somewhere around 8 glasses.

nilagang pata ng baboy, pinakbet, chicken and pork adobo, mechado, inihaw na hito, bulalo, sphagetti neapolitana or bolognese.

i love veggies. pinakbe ain't pinakbet withoout talong, ampalaya,okra, sitaw, patani, kamatis, sibuyas.and what would happen to nilagang baboy or baka without the repolyo, pechay and mais?can you imagine sinigang na kanduli sa miso without the lechugas?and of course fresh vegetable salad with lettuce, onions, bell peppers, cucumbers and cilantro. yummy!

yesterday morning i had sardinas, scrambled eggs, and fried rice. tomorrow i'm gonna have danggit, sunny side up eggs, fried rice and of course really strong brewed coffee, with brown sugar and no milk.

nothing beats arroz caldo. but then again my ilocano blood gets the better of me and then i crave for traditional pinapaitan made with kambing.

patis for most filipino food, but i gotta have tomatoes and patis with fried fish. definitely mang tomas with the lechon. for bulalo it's patis, calamansi and siling labuyo.

there was this place in binondo where they had fairly priced but great-super-wow-astig tasting dimsum. man, that was really chinese food!

to relieve stress, get out of the city and go as far away as you can from city life. spend a week or two in malaybalay, bukidnon or panglao in bohol.

re; piazzolla and gardel are two sides of a coin. you must see piazzolla's tango as a re-invention, thus the nuevo tango, and it's a break from the past or what is referred to as the "hollywood tango". and as per piazzola's equation, sex=whorehouse=tango.
by the way, i recently watched a bbc docu on piazzolla, and the references to the role of the musician in society were very provocative, to say the least.
