  1. wow nice keep it up, ako I tried set up many time but still no effect, dapat lang talaga food intake and drinks medyo bawasan talaga.

     

     

    Aside from the diet. You should know your metabolism as well on how it reacts to food and exercise. Once you know this by heart, it is easy to play around with your weight.

  2. We're planning to go to either Shanghai or Beijing mid-november. Ask ko lang, gaano kaya katagal i-process ung Chinese visa sa Manila? Kasi we'll just stay sa Manila for few days e kaya I cannot afford to apply a visa kung it will take more than a week pa.

This is my home gym now....Just got myself the Lifefitness G7 to complement the Lifefitness T9i I got a few months ago.......Love working out at home........Bought a commercial grade treadmill because the deck of my previous treadmill (Nordictrack) cracked so I decided to go with Lifefitness......Just got the g7 and am very happy with both machines...I would definitely recommend Lifefitness to anyone out there...Very nice machines plus the service at Sportfit, the local distributor of Lifefitness, is superb.......

     

    How much is the T91? Tnx.

    I agree...you can aslo try the Stepper.... but of course any cardio machines will actually do. If you don't have time, I suggest you do fast and more intense cardio such as threadmill.... like doing a sprint. Even with short distances but with speed will already do wonders. But of course do not forget to do a warmup....

    british bulldog died on 2002 due to hear failure while mr. perfect died 2003 due to a lethal combination of steroids and painkillers which contributed to his death. You can just see what happened to to Eddie Guerrero, heart attack, due to steroids also. All of them died instatneously except for Benoit, who got crazy and depressed. Drugs and steroids has a big role in all of the deaths. Of course, Vince Mcmahon will try yo cover this up as it is his business which will be affected. Anyway, be contented with what we can achieve. Other drugs may promise you to get bigger...or smaller for that matter but will definitely affect your health. Going back to the fish he he...., don't over control yourself. You can eat fried, grill, steam, etc. but always in moderation. But of course the healthiest of them all is steam. but don't deprive yourself with delicious food. Just learn how to balance your diet. If you think you have eaten a lot, then do more exercises and workouts to compensate for it. 3 Es....Eat, Exercise and Enjoy.

  6. hey guys. let's go natural. workout religiously. eat healthy foods such as fish, vegetables and fibrous fruits. Let's not think of any other alternative or shortcuts in order to achieve your ideal body weight/structure. You don't want to end up like British Bulldog, Mr Perfect, Eddie Guerrero and the recently shocking news Chris Benoit. We don't really know what will be the effect on us if you try untraditional methods/drugs. So please don't even think about it......

  7. tnx! dati i weighed 249 lbs, after 5 months of regular gym and diet, nasa around na ako sa 172..dati 6 times ako nag ggym for my weight loss..pero ngaun 3 times a week na lng advice nila para dw mag grow ang muscles, para hnd ma overworked.. tama kaya tong advice nila? ang gingwa kong mga reps sa workout ay 12 reps, 3 sets for each exercise..pero mdyo heavy kc nagpapalaki ako ng konti sa upper body kc parang maliit sa ht ko..any advice on how to develop a big and mean-looking shoulder and arms? matagal kc madevelop shoulders ko..tpos ung sa abs ko ang workout ko ay knee-ups and leg raise (20 reps, 3 sets). tnx ng malaki..:)

     

    For the shoulders, you can do dumbell lateral raise, press behind or dumbell press. Try supersets. This is a short workout routine but very effective. For example, after doing 1 set of lateral raise you immediately do dumbell press. Then rest for 1 minute and continue the same routine. Minimum of 4 sets. You don't need to lift heavy weights for this kind of workout. While doing this, you will feel the pain in your muscles but that's ok. Remember, NO Pain, NO Gain.

  8. tnx! content na ako sa weight ko..target ko nman ngaun is to be leaner and muscular definition..palaki ako ng konti sa upper body and ultimately to develop my abs.... hnd kc tumitagas tyan ko.. nag sag skin..dati ang laki ng tyan ko, tpos nung nag weight loss ako lumiit kaya lng nag sag din...any advice?

     

     

    patience. continue to workout your abs... it will really take some time. if you want to build more muscles I suggest you go regularly to the gym. For your workout, you just have to remember 2 things: If you want to build more mass then you lift heavy weights and less reps. If you want to be more lean but defined, then you go light weights but more repetitions (i.e. 12-15 reps 4 sets for each exercise). I used to be 240 pounds (really fat) but when I started working out I am now 160 pounds but really muscular. But this is not overnight. Discipline and serious workout for more than a year.

    BIG NO NO.... Canned meat are full of unhealthy saturated fat! Natural is better. If you want to achieve immediate results on your weight loss, Try to eat less beef or pork. You can substitute it with fish.

  10. yup. discipline is the game here. many of us are made to believe that if you do a lot of work out with your abs, it will become smaller. Not true... You have to select your diet by eating more of fibers such as vegetables and fruits and less fat, carbs (rice), sweets, etc. excercise for the abs is only a supplement. You will notice that if you don't diet, and you work out your abs, what happens is that your abs will just become hard but will remain big. You will still have that flabs. You will notice that if you by an equipment for your abs, read the instructions, and you will find there that they will still recommend you to go on diet.
