  2. Sir Izzecoh,

    i applied for a salary loan and i intend to pay off the rest of the remaining amount....

    once i paid it off, the remaining amount that is, can i immediately apply for a loan the next day or at once?

    or is there still a waiting period for me, to avail the salary loan again?

    hope you could help me with this... thanks... :unsure:

    A loan may be renewed only after the prescribed amortization period of two (2) years.

    Who may qualify for a salary loan?

    1. An employed, currently paying, self-employed or voluntary member (SE/VM) who has 6 posted monthly contributions for the last 12 months prior to filing of application.

    2. The member-borrower must have 36 posted monthly contributions, prior to the month of filing of application to avail of a one-month loan.

    3. The member-borrower must have 72 posted monthly contributions, prior to the month of filing of application to avail of a two-month loan.

    4. If the member-borrower is employed, his employer must be updated in contributions and loan remittances.

    5. The member-borrower must be updated/current in the payment of his obligations in his other member loans, which include educational, stock investment, MADE & housing loans granted under the Unified Housing Loan Program (UHLP) or direct from SSS.

    6. The member-borrower has not been granted final benefit (total permanent disability, retirement and death).

    7. The member-borrower must not be more than sixty (60) years of age at the time of application.

    What are the papers needed for filing a salary loan?

    The member-borrower should submit an accomplished SSS Form ISL-101 (Salary Loan Application) and present his digitized SS ID card.

    If the member-borrower is a household helper, he must present his digitized SS ID and that of his employer. His employer must accomplish part II of SSS Form ISL-101.

    If the member-borrower does not have a digitized SS ID, he must apply for said ID. He must present the acknowledgement receipt of his SSS Form E-6 (Application for Social Security ID) together with any two of the following IDs:

    * Unexpired driver's license

    * Passport

    * Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID card

    * Postal ID

    * School or company ID

    * Taxpayer identification number (TIN) card

  5. Uy, thanks for the info! ^_^ Insomnii and Gideon, saan kayo nakabili ng Creative 'phones? Pasensya na kung medyo ignorante yung tanong, ha? Matagal na kasi akong di nakakapunta sa mall. :D Ay, kung may user reviews din kayo for both models, I'd appreciate it. :)

    Makati Park Square 1 sa mga PC shops doon. Try mo rin sa ElectroWorld.

  6. Dude, intindi ko ang halos lahat ng Details, but di ko talaga maintindihan ang:

    Impedance - 16ohms

    "One issue that's especially important for portable headphones is impedance. The higher the impedance, the more electrical energy is required to drive the headphones' tiny speakers. Because of the limited power available from a portable player, headphones for portable use should have a maximum impedance of 64 ohms — the lower the impedance, the more efficient the 'phones, and the more volume you'll get out of them." - crutchfield.com

  7. Eto yung Creative EP-630: P1,200

    Technical Details:

    * Soft Silicone Earbuds - excellent isolation from ambient noise

    * Powerful 9mm neodymium magnet transducers providing subsonic bass & crystal clear highs

    * Gold-plated plug and Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) cable - excellent electrical contact for clear audio transmission

    * Frequency Response - 6Hz ~ 23kHz

    * Impedance - 16ohms

  8. LG KU250!! so happy with it.. :heart: :thumbsupsmiley:

    Bro, ok ba ang keypad niya and the directional joystick. Sabi ng iba kasi medyo mahirap daw pindutin. One more thing, how do you compare the menu access to that of Nokia? I'm planning to get one kasi. Thanks!!!

    You're right, bro. Prospective subscribers should ask around their neighborhood before deciding. Ask nila kung anong gamit nila sa internet and the average speed they are getting on a particular ISP.

  10. pareng izzecoh,

    What are the SSS-accredited banks where I can pay my monthly contributions? I'm a contractor so I have to pay them myself. I'm sure this question has been asked before, but for the benefit of the peeps who are new to this thread, maybe you can answer it again.

    Thanks in advance! :)

    On leave yata si pareng izzecoh...hmmm. Anyway, you can pay your monthly contributions at Philippine National Bank, Union Bank and MetroBank to name a few. Most commercial banks are now accredited with SSS. You can also remit your contri at the SSS Branch nearest your office or residence.

  11. I agree. Pinaka OK yun Neo. New processor, bigger HD (80gb), wide format LCD. You might want to consider XP home instead of Vista home especially if you have to keep using some old software that have not been updated. Also, the VIA graphics system may not be as good as discrete graphics when gaming; but ok na for general use. I had one of those but an older Celeron model. Okay siya performance-wise. I used it for a year or so before I gave it to my daughter she is also happy with it--galing daw sumagap ng wifi ng ibang tao.

    The Neo is known for flimsy casing (like Compaqs). The hinges on the LCD do rust-up inside and then get tighter to open until the plastic on which the hinge is mounted gives way and cracks. Yun Neo ko may kapirasong epoxy dahil dun. I now know that a few drops of WD-40 (drops lang ha!) on the two hinges helps. Plus, be sure you 'exercise' the hinges everyday if possible to prevent rust from forming. It is when you do not use it for sometime that this problems happen. We had a Compaq that self-destructed prematurely because of this.

    I also have a Neo. Thanks for the tip, bro :thumbsupsmiley:

  12. I sold my Samsung kasi hirap buksan ng isang kamay and clamshell type. Anyway, I miss my SE K700i which I gave to my son so I bought a relatively old model na SE K750i costing P9,300. Halos pareho lang ang features. I preferred this model kasi ok ang placement ng keys niya which is ok for guys with big fingers. Yung mga bagong labas na SonyEricsson dikit-dikit na ang keys, madali lang magkamali ng pindot.
