Their defense improved by only 0.9 ppg in the playoffs which is negligible while their offense improved by an average of almost 6 points per game. What "Cavs are putting prime on defense" are you talking about?

Correction, it's their offense that is on full gear when playoff time comes. The Cs weren't without their best player in that series. The series may have gone 6 or 7 if Isaiah was at full strength. That offense is now without a major component with the loss of Irving.

Nope, Cavs defense ranks 20+ during the regular season, their offense ranks in the top 5. It is during the playoffs that they put prime in their defense.

The Cs have 3 legit All Stars, one up and coming sophomore and a superb rookie, not to mention a solid supporting cast in Morris and Baynes. I will hold my judgement on the rookies and new pickups since they haven't played an NBA game but in Brad I trust.

Yes, you are right, no player can win the title by himself. But the Cavs got a handful of players that will support Lebron. The recent trades of Celtics puts them a notch down in terms of defense. Remember that the Cavs defense always is at full gear when playoff time arrives.

Simple lang naman un pre, ang Boston last year is a good defensive team, how about this coming season? Losing Avery Bradley and Crowder hurts their defense.

Irving likes to play ISO, what can you say about that? Celtics offense is team oriented.

Plus, the Cavs still have Lebron, how about the Cs?

This trade narrows the gap between the Celtics and Cavs. Pero, sa tingin ko, medyo nalugi ang Celtics sa trade na ito, they gave up a precious pick that can be an NBA superstar in the coming years. Good move by the Cavs.

Still, a healthy Celtics and a healthy Cavs in the East Finals would result in Cavs winning the series.

Spurs would not trade aldridge in exchange of TT. Also, cavs would not release kevin love in exchange of CA. Carmelo demands the ball a lot, which would not benefit lebron and irving.

Maybe but the important thing is the hardware, not the player you become. Billy Donovan is a player's coach, pretty much like Brad Stevens in Boston. Had Harden been with OKC last year, they would have won the championship. I still hold on to my opinion that Durant, Westbrook and Harden would have been the greatest NBA trio ever, a dynastic trio.

I believe that the reason for the Harden trade was because of financial issues. They cannot paid Harden the salary it will demand, so instead of losing him with nothing, they traded him. Correct me if I'm wrong.
