    I am planning to build a house on a 60sq.m. lot in cavite, I already have a floor plan which I wish to copy and I guess I need full house plan to get construction permit from the municipal office.

     

    Do you have any contacts that could do a compelte house plan (electrical, estimates, bill of materials, plmbung, sewage, etc.) with lisenced signatories? How much would this cost me, if in case i would liek to avail the service?

    hi !! how to start a housing project ? we have a piece of land here in northern luzon abt. 4hectares, we are planning to develop it?, what to do first? architect ? engineer ? project manager ? how much would it cost? i heard na madugo daw to permits lang eh 1 year aabutin. our land is semi commercial na ,fyi so target namin is class a-b , balikbayans
