    I've seen Marc in Gold's a couple of times already. But I havent seen him lift weights yet. Puro Cardio kasi. Thus, I dont have any idea on how he's sculpting his physique. Sana pwedeng gayahin ang program nya..Pero sobrang tyaga at tagal nyang mag-cardio.

     

    Carlos Agassi, on the other hand, is one tough dude when lifting weights. I tried imitating the way he's doing his ab crunches, ilang reps lang, sumakit lang likod ko..haha..Anyhow, he is one bulky dude...

     

    I want to have Marc Nelsons body or Dave Batista minus the juice... :rolleyes:

     

    Btw, regarding Carlos Agassi... gumagamit ng steroids yan kaya ang bilis lumaki ng katawan when he was just starting to lift weights... recently when I saw him somewhere in makati, his body is not that bulky anymore like before... ang laki ng ipinayat... :unsure:

    its cool to be in Open D tuning once in a while. you get to discover different sounds.

     

    yah and less stress and pain in the hands.. :thumbsupsmiley:

    i meant you can't teach it like this:

     

    if he doesn't know how to tune to drop D he doesn't what notes the open strings are in, and most probably doesn't know what an open E should sound like. It's hard to tune if you don't what the base note sounds like and you're tuning the same note with a different lower pitch.

     

    he has to hear those two notes together for him to get it. It's hard to just tell him "dapat magkatunog" when he probably doesn't know if it already is "magkatunog" without actually listening to the notes.

     

    you got a point there bro... but I assume he knows already standard tuning as the basis of other tuning method coz he knows what DROP D is.. he should be able to start from there and figure things out...

     

    anyway, if he's referring to the OPEN D tuning as DROP D which is DADADD tuning... then he'll be having a hard time learning that as well as teaching it here... :goatee:

    you can't teach tuning online dude

     

     

    yes you can... if you're eager enough to learn...

     

    well, that's based on my experience... some people may be too dumb to learn and needs to be spoon fed...

     

    a lot of things I've learned when it comes to guitar playing, I learned it online... through researching and reading...

     

    Before, when I was just starting to learn the basic stuff about guitar playing, I used to think that there's only one guitar tuning used by all guitar players...

     

    till I researched online.. you don't need someone to teach you things you want to learn right in front of your naked eyes... ;) JMHO!

    Life saver yung Energize feature nya. I usually dont bring my amps to gigs so I just use what is provided by the organizers/venue. The energize thingy lets me boost frequencies that gets lost depending on the amp model or the acoustics of the venue itself. In short, kahit ano amp at kahit ano size ng venue consistent ung tunog ng gitara ko.

     

    I'd get analog effects but I'd end up buying a lot of them. Magmumukha akong tap-dancer kaka-tapak sa effects. Sasakit pa likod ko kakatuwad para mag adjust ng parameters after every song. So I went with digital modeling effects on stage for convenience. Most people can't tell the difference anyway.

     

    para sakin mas convenient ang analog stompboxes at mas reliable xa onstage...

     

    the downside is, you'll spend a lot while getting only some...

    anybody here can teach me to tune my guitar? yung naka "drop-D" ba yun?

    anong klaseng DROP D tuning ba yan bro ?

     

    i-tune down mo lang yung lower E string ng guitar mo (which is the 6th bass string) 1 whole step.. to make it D.

     

    pero kung ang tinatanong mong DROP D eh yung katulad ng tunog ng gitara ni MARK TREMONTI ng CREED/ALTER BRIDGE. ibang usapan na yun...

    I suggest you do some more reading before you switch to linux ... it's very different from what you're used to ...

     

    If you know how to utilize Linux' features, you'll find it very reliable and efficient.

     

     

    I'm planning to install Linux on a secondary hard drive... is REDHAT better than SLACKWARE ?

     

    Anyway, why you're not replying to my text message regarding the 160GB SATA HDD that I'd like to buy ? :huh:

     

    I need it ASAP coz I have some projects to do... Just tell me if there's no longer any available stocks so I can get from another source... Tnx... :hypocritesmiley:

    Knowing how Chinese companies do their business in the Philippines, I don't think it's just the learning curve thing. "Pulling off a fast one" is always a part of how they do their business.

     

    talking bout making fast cash... while sacrificing the quality... that's how china made phones are.. :rolleyes:

    mga bro i had to disagree with you , not all china made are bad , it depends on the instructions on the company having it out source . pansinin mo mga nokia cell made in china rin ang nakasulat sa box and sticker inside and motorola's cell and sony small digicams . these companies are not willing to sacrifice their name kaya same pa rin ang quality and they do hire a 3rd party for QC kaya wala pa rin problem .

     

    lately lang yun battery ng nokia made in japan had issue's on exploading too.

     

    i had been to china for vacation halos lahat ng eletrical apparatus and electronics items nila dekalidad .

     

    ang masasabi ko lang kaya of poor quality ang mga china items nandito sa atin eh sisihin mo rin sa mga businessmen natin . they instructed / requested for a more low price item so naturally to accomodate the client , eh cut lahat ng factor kaya ganyan kinalabasan .

     

    one thing i can inform you is majority ng items selling in 168mall and divisoria mall came from YI-WU china , YI-WU is known by their locals as tambacan ng low quality items kaya nga supermura ang mga paninda ng 168mall .

     

    (still marami pa rin namimili dito kaya hala cge tuloy pa rin ang negosyo , if wala bibili then the businessmen will lose interest of bring in cheap items to sell)

     

    very opposite if you saw it , beijing , shanghai mga gamit nila halos matataas ang quality.

     

    i myself uses a motorola 2way radio super tibay kahit made in china , sabak sa ulan at accidental nalaglag sa loob ng tanker w water . after ma blowdry buhay pa rin.

     

    yun mga B&W na speaker made in china na and still mahal pa rin and material use are HQ kaya sounds very good pa rin yun mga new models PARADIGM made in china na rin but put side by side with Wharfdale eh stands out pa rin ang dalawa.

     

    yun mga mp3, mp4 players nagkalat mura sa halagang p1200 -p1500 but hindi ma match yun sound quality ng mga p3k up na branded it is the chip inside , you pay for what you get . (intiendez)

     

    balik tayo sa topic na cell , hanapin nyo yun may reputable brand kc it's like notebook na may white unit (generic) .

    ask the seller if may after sales service then you won't have a head ache . and tandaan nyo mas mura ang mga wala warranty sa may warranty

     

    example lang is yun mga nokia and sony ericsson everytime sa mga stores like memoexpress/digital exchange (authorized) mas mahal kaysa mga ibang store na promise 1 month replace / 6 mos repair na store . na once magkaproblem then hindi pala acknowledge.

     

    i had traded 2 runs dubao cellfones na hong kong firm but pinasub made sa china and the quality and the design surpass those cect brands

     

    i myself had nokia communicator nung nasira yun ribbon cost 7k ayaw pa iwarranty , which i bought it locally sa authorized dealer and dami reason .

     

     

    Now my question is...

     

    Do you have a list of good known reputable brands of these CHINA PHONES ? Especially the iPOD clone ?

     

    Or is there a website wherein I can view the list of brands! Tia! :thumbsupsmiley:

    yah, sa ofc namin laganap na yang china fones... in my own point of view, its an MP4 with a cellphone.. ok nman sya.. clear lcd's and hayop sa sounds... ang lakas na malinaw. but i think you cannot find speakers like that in branded cellphones coz your buying a "cellphone" not an "MP4" player.. and the main issue here is the quality and aftersales support.. baka kasi pag nasira eh disposable na yung fone sayang nman ang 9-15k cash.. pero galing talaga ng china... pati i-phone meron ng clone.. hahahaha

     

     

    Fotek! My clone na ang iPHONE ? wer can I buy one ? Haha! :lol:

    if you're going to choose between quantity and quality, I'd say quality is my perspective... Kahit pa gaano ka mura yan eh kung mapepeste ka naman sa

     

    pag-gamit, its like you've spent more than its worth! :thumbsdownsmiley:

     

     

    kilala mo naman ang CHINA na manufacturer ng sangkatutak ng copycat items like iPOD like MP3/MP4 players, portable DVD players and cameras... :hypocritesmiley:

    lagi nga sinasabi may momo sa vista kasi katabi lang ng punenaria, pero la epek sa akin ito, imagine may nanunuod, d ba mas exciting!!!
