Hi All, can anyone suggest an over the counter sleeping pill that could get me to sleep for around 8-12 hours straight? I'm going on a long trip to the US and I have a hard time sleeping in the plane. I really get that uneasy feeling and hindi makahanap ng good position to make me fall asleep. preferably sana yung tipong hindi ko masyadong mararamdaman yung bumps sa akin PERO kapag kinalabit ako ng malakas or shinake ako, magigising naman ako w/o any headaches. Tipong pang temporary purpose lang and not a medication for insomnia. It doesnt matter kung hindi ako magising para kumain sa plane as long as I get to sleep during the whole flight.

I was wondering if any of you could suggest a safe to use sleeping pill that could be bought over the counter and is safe to be used w/ no side effects. I've been hearing of sleeping pills that have negative effects on girl's pregnancy and I dont want that.

Likewise, dell user here for 4 years and never had any problem. Actually, im buying a new laptop again now since Im tired of the 15" laptop. I thought I wasnt going to carry this around that much so I initially bought the 15" but lately its kinda getting pretty heavy so I decided to change. My new laptop----another Dell 13 incher!

yup, i do let her read my text...i have nothing to hide so no problem with me. sometimes, sa sobrang tamad ko abutin cell ko, i tell her to read it for me kung sino nagtext.

depends on the view...from afar, I look at the their body and butt. if front view, i look at their boobs first then their body after all that tsaka ang face, feet and other small things.

Allied Bank(any branch) - sobrang bagal ng service!

Equitable PCI Bank (Juan Luna HO Branch) - this is supposed to be their Binondo Head Office...they

have like 20 teller positions in the ground floor but hindi mo makikitang open lahat ng tellers...kahit

na mahaba na yung pila sa mga tellers, they dont even bother to open another teller. At most, open

lang is 3-4 teller booths and hindi ito lunch break ah!

Metrobank(any branch) - for a big bank where their are many clients, sobrang slow ng services nila!

Also, I dont know with other banks but if I want to deposit dollar cash to my metrobank account, i

have to go to the branch where i openned that account! They dont accept interbranch deposit of

dollar cash! Sobrang inconvenient sa depositor lalo na ngayon na delikado magdala ng cash sa labas!

best so far for me is Chinabank, never had a problem at all!

Last time I did - sa UST Hospital ako nirefer ng doctor. Only problem was that the lab had no private room so you had to do it in the CR - eh that time pagkadumi-dumi ng CR ng UST Hospital so floor level nuong lab tapos mababa lang yung door ng cubicle - hirap tuloy ako kasi nakakaconscious saka nakakadiri yung CR.

 

  Hmmmm, why do you need to do this ? Kung may concern ka - like hirap magkababy - better go to a Urologist to get yourself checked.
