  1. parecommend naman ng routine for reducing tummy size.

I would say a combination of abdominal exercises like sit-ups and crunches and cardio (jogging, biking, etc).......and of course, diet.......I couldn't do the dieting part so I am just sticking to ab exercises and treadmill....

  2. I guess the main thing to consider here is would you allow other people to that to you if you own the business.....Mga ibang customers kasi di nagiisip kung sa kanila ginagawa yung ginagawa sa kanila papayag ba sila????? You will encounter all sorts of different people especially if you are in the retail business...I've turned away a number of customers because they are either too rude or sobrang magulang......I'd rather not do business with these people than stress myself out or run my business to the ground......Other customers think kasi just because you make money off them they can behave inappropriately which simply isn't right.......There has to be mutual respect and understanding on the part of both the seller and the customer......and the Golden rule should be applied in both in our life and our business......if the customers would put himself in our shoes, would he allow or tolerate unruly or customers who are "magulang"???? I think not.......Some people are simply just too selfish to think of other people.

  3. 360T????? wow grabe, thats 15 years memberships sa fitness first, and that does not include the cost of the treadmill, u can make that 20 years membership, and i was thinking of putting up my own home gym, ill just stick to FF, baka in 10 years time d na ako makakagym, libre pa shower and aircon sa gym, hehehe

Sorry for the misunderstanding...Was backreading your post and realized taht you have the 2 machines mixed up....the Lifefitness t9i is the treadmill...it cost 360t...and the Lifefitness g7 is the home gym.....cost is 200t...

  4. I wanted something that would last me a long long time........Spent 100 plus also for me nordictrack and that didn't even last me a year if we are to consider actual usage since I was going to Westin for about 2.5 out of the 3 years I owned the machine...it was only the last 6 months that I started using it regularly when the deck of the treadmill cracked...I'm not that big (6'1, 200 lbs)...definitely well below the maximum user weight for the machine. Decided to go with Lifefitness because I see them all the time at healthclubs around the world.....I actually got the the t7 at first but it turned out to be a lemon and the people at Sportfit were servicing the unit almost every other day because the machine had a lot of problems...Finally, I just asked them to replace my unit with a new one but decided against it after seeing the t9i in the showroom. In fairness, the service was great...You'd call them and their service people will be at your place the next day unlike Chris Sports where I bought my previous treadmill from.....It would take you at least 2 weeks of constant phone calls before they show up at your place...I never have any problems with the t9 after and it's built like a tank...By far, one of the best treadmills I've used....The ride is so smooth and the flexdeck is not hard on the knees at all even at high speeds.....Great machine and great service......and when you consider the time and effort of driving to and from the gym everyday in Manila traffic.....I don't really mind paying P360t for it.....

  5. What is scary is you can get it from unprotected oral sex..........I for one thought oral safe was safe......Boy!!!! I was wrong!!! the more I read about the std info on the internet......the more na ayaw mo na magloko

By the way, does anyone know where you can get tested for herpes and get the results on the same day????? I think I'm getting myself tested para sigurado........

  6. My suggestion for everyone who has done any kind of intercourse(oral or genital) with someone they are not intimate with is to get tested. you might not be experiencing symptoms, but believe me it's there.

Good idea....what kind of test was done on you??? Blood test ba??? Can you get results on the same day???

    kawawa kanamn bro

    ingat ka

onga pla sang MP mo yan nakuha? para maging aware kme ..it would be a LARGE help for us

    thanks

OO nga......curious din ako what mp you got this from......and how long after exposure did you start to see symptoms in your case????

  7. Thanks..... I'm technically ok, meaning my body is fine. the problem is with the psychological impact of having this on your system. Especially here in the Philippines where we have a very big stigma on STD's.

I do have a question though.. how many people in the philippines have herpes?

I heard in the US, HSV-1(oral and genital) is with 80% of the population, while with HSV-2 it's with 1 out of 4 adults.

Can't really find data or statistics on the prevalence of herpes here in the Philippines over the net....though I would tend to think it should be quite common here as well given the number of American tourists who come here to visit and the number Filipino balikbayans who come in and out of the Philippines from the US...I would also imagine the disease to be quite common in Europe and other parts of Asia as well....Personally, I don't know anyone who has it but then again it is not some topic readily discussed among individuals.....From the info I gathered, this disease rarely becomes life-threatening...for most people it is just nuisance they learn to live with it when they have their occasional outbreaks.....Anyway, if you got yours from bbbj, chances are you have the HSV-1 virus which most people have anyway. Based on the info I read, if you have HSV-1 genital herpes, you should experience milder symptoms and less frequent breakouts since HSV-1 is a predominantly oral virus and not comfortable living in the genital area...Anyway, thanks for the warning...really appreciate you coming out and warning us of the dangers of having unprotected oral sex...Like you I've engaged in it in the past and never thought you could get anything from it.

  8. Sigh....

I just tested positive for herpes. watch out from getting BBBJ from MP's

Sorry to hear that...if you don't mind me asking, how long did it take for the symptoms to come out?? and what are the symptoms for you??? Heard different people experience different symptoms...and some don't even expereince any.....

  9. Nakakapraning naman magbasa nito..........I've always use condoms when I have sex but I've always had bbbj........I've always thought that I'm covered already as long as the cd doesn't break.....I wish someone would come up with a test kit that can detect the presence of HIV and herpes immediately so that we can administer it to the girl before having sex with her........

  10. Sportfit has showrooms in shangrila and rockwell...I'm not sure about podium but I think there is a shop there that sells precor which are equally good machines but personally I prefer Lifefitness better.....The ride is more cushy and it doesn't strain my knees at all....I can run comfortably at speeds of 12-13kph for 20-25 minutes at a time 5 to 6 times a week without any problems.....As for the used commercial equipments, I don't know where you can get them here in the Philippines but I do see a lot of them being sold on the internet. You can try asking at the Westin Philippine Plaza because I know they are currently renovating their gym there. I'm sure they will be upgrading their machines as well......The treadmills at Westin are a bit old and rundown already but the elliptical, exercise bikes, and steppers are still in pretty good shape...I should know because I used to workout there. :D Hope that helps....

  11. This is my home gym now....Just got myself the Lifefitness G7 to complement the Lifefitness T9i I got a few months ago.......Love working out at home........Bought a commercial grade treadmill because the deck of my previous treadmill (Nordictrack) cracked so I decided to go with Lifefitness......Just got the g7 and am very happy with both machines...I would definitely recommend Lifefitness to anyone out there...Very nice machines plus the service at Sportfit, the local distributor of Lifefitness, is superb.......

  12. Parang pang sossy masyado sa Xinyi district eh. Although I do enjoy going there, I like the "carinderia" type foods better. If I'm going to eat authentic Japanese food, I'd rather like to go to Japan itself rather than go to another country to taste their Japanese cuisine... it just sorta defeats the purpose of going to another country, doesn't it?

Danshui's a good place to go to sample some of Taiwan's street foods. the area around Main Taipei Station and Ximen for the Gadget/Photography lovers. Snake Alley/Longsan Temple for the Religious/Jewelry/Exotic cuisines.

The Presidential Palace at night near Ximen (Shiao Nan Men, actually) is simply breath-taking.

Different strokes for different folks I guess but if you're a food buff like me...The first thing on my to do list when I travel is to try the best restaurants in the area........As for Mitsui, it actually ranks up there among the best Japanese restaurants I've tried.....Trust me!!! I've been around and I've tried the restaurants the likes of Aragawa in Tokyo to Masa in New York...Mitsui is almost at par with Aragawa and Masa for a fraction of the price..... :thumbsupsmiley:
