I think best time to make your effort more effective is when you woke up each morning before anything else, at least once in a while try do some simple calisthenics (targetting abs would be better) till your adrenalin rushes in...

been doing at least 3x20 of hindu push up thrice a week in the morning... it seems ok naman.

You can get juice at any gym, if you look hard enough and in the right places. If you journey down that road though, know that these are not safe and some are fake.
I work out at one of the Gold's Gyms here after having been at Fitness First for two years. I supplement my weight work with three days at Ringside.
Hardcore is the person, not necessarily the place.

Just plain diet, it will make your tummy sag... avoid fatty foods, sweets, and minimize carbs intake... of course abdominal exercises will make it great.
