actually there is some history here as to why pacman refused to have his blood drawn so close to a fight. when he fought morales for the first time, blood was drawn from him two days before the fight. and since he was making weight at the time, he felt weak after blood was drawn from him. sure, enough during the fight, his punches had no power which is why he lost.

even if it is just psychological, it would mean that pacquaio is fighting at a disadvantage and with the caliber of a fighter like mayweather, this is a clear advantage for him. that its why mayweather is pushing hard for random drug testing. Anyway, i do hope pacman fights marquez next.

Simply put:

Legal separation- severs the marital ties or obligation of the parties to each other without severing the marriage. In effect, parties still married but not obligated to perform marital duties as husband and wife anymore.

Annulment- declares as null and void or annuls a void/voidable (defective) marriage.

Divorce- annuls a perfectly valid marriage.

After the petition is granted, the petitioner must first wait for the certificate of finality and have it registered with the NSO before entering into another marriage. Child/children of annulled marriages still considered legitimate.

you are still legally married to your wife so if you will marry your gf then you are liable for bigamy, although the trial courts here in philippines cannot prosecute the same for lack of jurisdiction. the bigger question is if you can marry your gf since you will be required to produce proof that you are still single.

my advice to you is to have your marriage annulled here first.

i think the only reason PBF will be forced to fight Manny is if he will lose to Marquez because by then, his unbeaten streak will be history and he will be forced to fight Manny to prove his worth. Another reason could be if he will lose all his money which is enough motivation to risk his unbeaten streak.

I honestly feel however that marquez will beat PBF because marquez is one tough cookie and PBF is coming from a very long break so i like the chances of marquez in this one.

Hi i would like to seek help regarding the authenticity of a secret marriage. the first place to start is the NSO. if there is a certified copy of the marriage contract then it is pressumed to be authentic. If there is one on record, then look for the marriage license number. chances are, if it is a "secret marriage" then it is usually a fictitious license number. go check the place where it was supposedly issued and verify if such license exists.

The problem is this, I was able to invest some properties and a house under my name but the girl doesn't want to leave the house. The girl had her boyfriend na rin and I had my own family too and leave on a different house.

 

Please advise me what legal grounds to do since she doesn't want to vacate the house I owned.

File an ejectment case. Just remember though that properties acquired during a common-law relationship is co-owned by the parties. Also, be prepared for the repurcussions to follow in the event you decide to evict her such as her asking for support for your children with her or as i have mentioned, claiming half of said property.

NO. since he/she is over 21 years old already at the time and a defect in the parental ADVICE is not a ground for annulment. Furthermore, no marriage is AUTOMATICALLY void. There must still be a judicial declaration to that effect. In other words, the courts must first declare said marriage to be null and void.
