Tried Orchids last night and 'twas really disappointing!

Yung guy na nag-assist sa amin, sabi ok na yung room, chineck pa nya yun ha. Kaya lumabas na kami ng car. Nung papanik na kami dun sa room, biglang may pumasok na attendant and sinabi na hindi pa daw ready yung room at lilinisin pa daw. So parang... erk... ano yung ginawa nung attendant kanina?

 

So, ok na, malinis na yun room. Pagpasok namin, sobrang liit nung room and mukhang old school na room.

Tapos yung rate Php 465 for 3 hrs.

 

Sigh, sana nag-Rosal na lang kami.

sa orchids maganda ang room though me nagsabi sakin na mas maganda daw sa rosal. yung taxi kasi sabi ko sa rosal pero he mistakenly brought me to orchids. the place is ok naman e. 3 hrs for 350, 12 hrs for 615. the rooms are quite cozy and you get two free bottles of drinking water. hope it helps

binondo resident here, I would also personally recommend President Tea House instead of Wai Ying. Although word on the street is that the owners of Wai Ying and President are one and the same, i think they failed to maintain the quality of the food in Wai Ying. David's Tea House is also a great place, relatively cheap and just as good. I also would recommend some of the small time restos there, i cant exactly recall some of the names but i'll check them out again one of these days.

and oh, tried Ang Tunay Beef House the other night, their steamed lapu-lapu fillet is a must-try.

Quick breakfast, masarap yung pritong lumpiang gulay sa jollijeep leviste street sa tapat ng PhilAm Life Bldg. Umaga lang meron nun hanggang bago mag lunch. Try it, it's good. Limang piso lang isa hehe
