baka lumuwag video cable mo, usually black ang screen and blinking ang monitor led if this is the case. if okay naman ang kabit, try using the monitor in another pc, or another pc with your problem monitor.

nag-update na ako matagal na.... yung accounting lang ang dipa nagrerefund sa akin.... so, ang sisingilin ko ay yung accounting namin... kapag di nila nirefund yun, sa BIR ko na sya irerefund? or pwede kong ireklamo ang employer ko?

if your wife gave birth september, and you filed an update with your accounting last year also, the refund you are talking about should have been given to you on your last payroll for 2006. if not, it should have been paid january 2007.

you will know if you have been computed properly upon receipt of your BIR form 2316. this is the tax certificate that the company gives you as proof that you have been deducted of your taxes. it should show your new exemption status and that you dont have any tax overpayments.

should you have overpayments, then you go after BIR. gud luck on this as BIR doesnt give out refunds anymore to individuals.

do you really need an accountant to do this? there's a limit where CPA's are needed when you file your ITR.

also, download the form 1702 from www.bir.gov.ph. you can file already unless you fall under the former where you need a CPA.

i have a salary loan before and i know i have been deducted from my salaries. but when i checked my account online, it showed i never paid. this means the company never remitted my payments.

the prob is, the company folded up many years back. need help.

The company which I do some part-time work with has given me four 2307 Forms corresponding to each quarter of last year. These Certificates of Creditable Tax Withheld At Source contain the info on my income (marked as professional fees) and the tax withheld.

 

How can I then file my income tax? Where do I get the proper forms and all?

go to www.bir.gov.ph - go to forms and download 1701. you attach the 4 2307 forms there. deadline is april 16, 2007.

Have you tried booting your XP installer CD and choosing recovery mode? Try doing a checkdisk operation there on your C: drive. If it still doesn't fix it, a format may be the only way to "restore" your computer.

i'd like to see at least a c prompt. so i can make necessary formats. but changing my boot sequence to the XP CD still gives me looping patterns. it does warm reboots after i see the XP logo. any help would be appreciated.
