Salary: $70K/yr to $80K/yr ( this is hourly and i get a lot of OT )
Perks: Free training (six sigma, microsoft software and etc) , budget of $8k for a year in school, PPO healthcare, dental, visual, company match 6% of my salary in 401K, $50k life insurance, 40hrs/yr sick time, 120hrs/yr vacation time, stock options,
Disadvantages: Lots of OT (kaka burn out) and stressed out.
