  1. not sure yet, im going to buy one as a birthday present for myself. noticed that most iwc have leather straps instead of metal, would prefer a metal one if there are options. any recommendation?

IWC Big Pilot or Aquatimer for metal straps

  2. Share ko lang personal experience ko as an employee na may part time business

i work 8 - 5pm daily so mahirap talaga mag full time na negosyo so i decided to start my loading business (200 pesos lang naman kailangan starting) low risk sya so i said why not? ok naman sya since tipid ka na sa sarili mong load kikita ka pa. kahit papaano pwede ka ren kumuha ng xtra income of up to 3k per month. not bad considering wala kang ginawa at nagtext ka lang lol. since ung load di mo na kelangan ibenta since kusang may lalapit sa iyo about it.

right now im an amway seller. ok ren eto since 1k lang membership tapos you get 600 peso worth of vitamins and 50% off on their products. not bad naren since world class products nila hehe.

for those na gusto mag loading biz or amway feel free to send me a message hehe

  4. I've tried and experimented with several NO based products and here's my take on it. Honestly, I'd spend in first, a quality protein supplement and 2nd, if my budget permits, a creatine based supplement. The concept behind NO supplements is that it induces vasodilation within the blood vessels. In theory, the "widening" of the blood vessels will promote more bloodflow to the muscles being worked. Thus, the supplement claims that it'll promote a better "pump". Moreover, some theorized that with the increase in bloodflow, the muscles would absorb nutrients in a much efficient rate.

Sounds good for a supplement right? However, unlike creatine that has been backed up by so many studies and has been proven to actually work on more or less 60% of people who take it, there's no way to actually measure the effectiveness of the NO supplement. Some would even argue on how and what "gains" to that should by quantified in order to guage the difference NO supplement has.

In my experience, yes, I would agree that NO supplements actually gives you a better "pump." However, I wasn't able to actually establish a rational that this pump was indeed promoting more gains for me. Psychologically, it feels great to have pumped and tight muscles. After all, that's what gym goers are mostly looking for right? But in terms of actual benefits, I really doubt it promotes strength and muscle gain. Needless to say, NO supplements have given me some nasty headaches since bear in mind that the dilations of blood vessels are not limited to the worked muscle groups.

But if you have extra cash, go for it. It it makes you "feel" better, then go ahead. For me, No supplements, are a luxary but not essential for your fitness regimen. Stick with the basics. Good food, consistent training and quality rest. If you must supplement, go for whey and creatine if you want to jack up strength gains. Just my 2 cents.

    Happy lifting.

i see thnx for the very informative post, btw do you know of any brand that is cheaper than no xplode? and whats the best creatine brand that you could reccomend? thnx!

  5. Creatine monohydrate in its purest form looks like white iodized salts. When you say your creatine mixes like Gatorade when mixed with water, I'm assuming you have the flavored form with some cabrs involved. Care to share what brand you are using and where you bought it? Anyways, don't sweat the Gatorade like stuff... Creatine or creatine blends are not like whey or other protein drinks that tend to be "malapot" when mixed with water.

aah kaya pala the brand i bought was fusion tech creatine/glutamine supplement sha and i got it from a seller sa mens health forums below srp kase benta nya eh hehe. first time ko lang kasi bumili ng creatine so mejo di ako familiar with the stuff thnx!
