The foremost potential thing of being fat is Hypertension, heart disease, diabetes etc.. etc..

but if i may add,,,

a hit by a handgun ammo usually a 9mm or 45cal (typical phil firearm scenario), a pass thru is always present cause the normal handgun fight is just 2 to 20 yards, so no slug will be recover if hit even in the vital mass,

specially when hit on pure flesh area which consist of a meat and fat, the only time the slug will not have a pass thru is when a bone is hit and the slug is deflected towards the inner part of the mass,

with regards to rifle and crosshair,,,,most of the time, no normal or regular hi-power rifle firearm holder with ptc or m.o. will use it in a personal fight, cause 1st using it will make you an automatic "pusakal na mamamatay" , in the news only iveler and ampatuan have use an m4 rifle and both are having a bad time in defending their actions,, cause a long weapon is used, and almost all remaining news are handguns and knife related

and you won't basically get away with reason off "just defending my self"using a rifle cause a main sniper or battle rifle is use mainly for offensive purposes, so its not a possibility for a basic fight scenario in the streets , with regards again with the doctor recovering the slug? a sure pass thru of the slug is natural for 2700fps to 3300fps boat tail ammo and with this i think the doctor will not a hard time whether the victim is thin, lean or fat,

since i'am a guest i just can't go drink with out giving something in return, so i bought all the "chikito" and boy bawang in the store, and guest what, all of them ate my chickito and boy bawang as fast as i drop it in the pulutan table, its a huge hit

but what i like most as a pulutan is "hershey kisses with nuts or mm with nuts, also grapes and apple and orange- this will be soak in ice water

last sunday, my partner bought a "david tea house" suckling pig- (2,800 pesos she said), a very tasty small hog, quality and taste can be lined with the more expensive one's:blush:

honestly, i like the concept of ipad, and 3 months ago i shop or looks around for 1 of this, the 64g model, but since "samsung galaxy" is not yet here(aug) i stopped my self in diving in, so now i think the "galaxy" is much better, cause the unit has a smaller profile and longer batt and it has a "simm" slot so you can use it as a cellphone, its much easier to call and received text, just my 2 cents

and its much cheaper also (samsung), games, surf, email, calls, semi office work is all we would do in a ipad and i think the cheaper "galaxy" can also do it..

my daughter bought this, she says its nice and fast and all are good, but the problem is the "wifi" capabilities, i cant connect to our home wifi, i dont know why but it just cant, other than that all are ok

hi guys... sino dito meron nun samsung wave 8500? killer ang hardware specs nito, and mejo affordable for a smartphone packed with features. Price range is around 19k when I last checked.

i think this is the model that my wife bought, we're all samsung user, all i can say is samsung spect is better than most and the price is relatively cheap for its spect, so its all good, but the only problem we have is the wifi capability, samsung should focus on this, i have a wifi in our house and all our samsung can't connect to my wifi,

just bought their "samsung" netbook n220 plus (their latest) and can easily connect to my network with no problem, but their cell??? it cant, dont know why but i cant make them connect, i work on the i.t. industry for 14 yrs so i think i know what i'am doing but this problem is a challenging to me ,

so all praise for samsung except its "wifi" capability

Went there last weekend and indeed they have a promo from 230pm to I think 5:30pm and then from 930Pm to 12MN. We were there some 2 hours early for lunch so we did not avail of the shabu shabu with dimsum at their regular price of P538.

Shabu shabu with unlimited refills plus dimsum buffet (ala carte style). Unlimited orders of fried rice and noodles. All for just P338.

Will be back this weekend with the family. You should try this.

honestly their yang chow is the best fried rice for us now, i dont know why? the yang chow looks the same lang, but the smell and taste is different masarap, "galit pa s shrimp", ang dami" nagugulat nga ako, kumikita paba sila kasi 300 lang ang buffet at ganito pa ang simpleng yang chow, tad tad ng shrimp, sabi ng daughter ko baka "botcha" ang shrimp kaya madami at mura, hahaha, joke lang yun

Try the dimsum at GOLDEN FORTUNE Quintin Paredes Binondo. They have an eat all you can promo of shabu shabu with unlimited refills of dimsum. Try the beef ball, you'll love it.

in my other post i put "golden fortune"as one of my fav resto for buffet, but their dimsum is not good, the shabu shabu is great but the dimsum talaga is different, also my son told me that its like a stall siomai daw and dating ng lasa ng dimsum nila

yoshinoya's siomai is one of the worse siomai i tasted, no pun intended, but "napaka labsa" texture at and lasa ay matabang na di malaintindihan at hindi ko ma categorize kun japanese gyosa ba sya or chinese dumpling and dating, all their fud there is ok and nice but this siomai na di malaman ay "ewan" an dating

yup, this is where they make good money, the "drinks", been at paseo i thinks this is where there are 3 resto in 1, you have to get out of 1 resto to get to other regional cuisine selection, the price i think is 1800, enjoyed but hindi matao, i want some nice crowd kasi para "masaya"

last week we have been to tagaytay, i was shock that the fresh buko juice was priced at 150 each, and the fact is that this is not a fine dinning resto but just a nice bulalo and paella resto only, geeezzzzzz

Aside from TRAMWAY ........ another bad place for Buffet or Eat All You Can would (in my personal opinion) be at the Japanese Restaurant ZENSHO along tomas morato.

 

While they advertise as to serving you freshly cooked meals upon order, that is not always the case. (re-heated would probably be a better term) And hasn't anyone noticed that they are really holding back on the good stuff ??? (I mean choices or variety is really very limited) Perhaps they would rather that you order from their Ala Carte menu.

 

Like what I posted in the Food Trip FR thread, if I'm craving for some japanese buffet ...... at the very least, I would take my chances at Yakimix or Saisaki Dads.

yup makimix, go for it, when iam there, the looks and smell of their tuna and salmon is fresh, and for its price, its what i can call sulit,

your right, i hate it when a buffet resto is holding out on expensive or good food choice, like in dad's before, they are holding out with the shrimp tempura, also with chinatown banawe, you have to ask for the crab before they refill the serving tray

last nov end, just got a ge x5 and a ge a1250, cause our old olympus semi pro model digicam is busted, i 1st bought the 1250 cause its a compact and its great for the price, but i need more zoom and a semi pro cam for outdoor so i did get a ge x5, its also great, nice value for money, and the price is just right, cant go wrong with both models, the only weakness i saw with ge x5 is its light gathering capabilities compared to my olympus, kinda weak at long range and dark place,

but if the lighting is fairly good and zoom is at (12x maybe) you can still get nice shots, just dont go at 15x and the target area is dark,even at night/scenery mode, i feel that the shots is still little bit, dark
