resident evil series. the new one, operation raccoon city seems very promising. cant wait for that to come out. left 4 dead 2 totally rocks. love the endless zombie attacks. always need to be on your toes the new game dead island looks really good. same like left for dead where you can pick up anything to whack zombies, but the best thing is you can modify those weapons to be more destructive!!!!

Ive played all these games and loved all of it. But the new great horror game thats out now is Deep Space!! I swear this game is ultra scary and great story depth. The great thing bout this game is the way to k*ll the monsters....By dismembering it!! Yep only way to take a monster down is that way!! :thumbsupsmiley: If you got ps3 or Xbox 360 you're in for a treat!! :thumbsupsmiley:

Definetly the Atari 2600. I was only 6 years old when that came out. From Space invaders, to pac man, etc. From that moment on I've been hooked!! :thumbsupsmiley:

I would definetely say YES!!! This game pretty muvh saved the RE Series. After RE 2 It was getting very repititious. But Code Veronica was a superb game but RE 4 took it a notch!!!! Abd cant wait to see how RE 5 is going to play out. Very Excited!! :thumbsupsmiley:

The Resident Evil series fir the scare gore factor, Silent Hill for the really creepy, can't see where the hell monstors are scare, and Fatal Frame for the ghostly factor. :upside:

I totally love the metal gear series!!! Im so happy that it finally has come out.....now just hae to purchase a PS3!!! Damn its still expensive!!! oh well maybe in year or two the price will be good.

swimming for 30mins does it for me. I alternate it w/ my strength training. One day swimming, next day workout.

eating prunes, and grapes helps a lot. Best thing to do is eat sensibly. Never overeat and stay away from carbnated drinks. It tends to dehydrate you easily. And drink lots of water will help.
