Mobo chipset by Nvidia (nforce 550), graphics card chipset by ATI (x1950 pro). Will there be a problem/conflict?

I haven't heard any problems with Nvidia chipsets + ATI cards setups.

Just make sure you don't flip things around. ATI chipsets are found to have a lot of issues with Nvidia cards.
