Sorry for the late reply, I just saw your post today. Anyway, I am not sure how many branches they have. But I believe, there is also a branch in Cubao. I haven't tried Cubao branch yet, so I am not familiar on the parking facilities.

I am not sure if the rates vary depending on the branch or location. You can also try Eurotel. I believe this is managed by the same group. Based on experience, I prefer Eurotel over Sogo.

I need an overnight hotel stay, I know this is kinda impossible pero makaka hanap ba ko ng mga around less than 800php for a 12 hour stay.

You can try Sogo. They have affordable room rates for 12 hours stay and the place is also nice.

I think Via Mare is good choice. I also suggest hotel restaurants for those who plan romantic dinner on Valentine's Day.
