  1. Let me share my 2 cents based on what I have experienced on both cars:

First, IMO, you CAN NOT compare both cars head to head... iba e...

The Mustang has a different following and has nothing to do with JDM culture. The Mustang is designed to be a "GT" or simply is happy to unleash those monster torque on straight line acceleration and will be much a comfort cruiser on long drives. It is a heavy car and compensates the weight penalty to a big displacement engine. Handling will not be its selling point not unless you get the Boss 302 (grey market). Its retro looks pays homage to its heritage. After all, I think it's the original American Muscle Car. In my opinion, this car, has more "character" and can demand the "respect" on our roads because of its intimidating looks even when not driven hard.

The 86 is Toyota's and Subi's entry level sports car. Forget about the interior (nothing really fancy). The exterior look is not as intimidating as a Mustang maybe due to its size. But the size and weight of this car is absolutely perfect for its stock engine. The best thing about the 86 is its handling characteristics. The 86/BRZ unleashes their true potential on twists and turns... perfect for the track despite of its humble power figures. Handling is so precise... it doesn't take an experienced driver to adopt to the car. The car is pretty much driver friendly. In my opinion, the 86 comes in a very enticing proposition: It's cheap and it performs... and it is a good platform for people who love to tune/upgrade their rides. I own one by the way.

So which is the better car? We will get an endless debate on this. But personally, I'd pick the Mustang over the 86... Iba ang dating mo e... hirap i-explain. I'm seeing the 86/BRZ as the next Honda SiR... siya yung magiging benchmark ng JDM tuner boys car... or in this case coupe.

  2. 180 kph (SCTEX)- 2013 Hyundai Sta Fe, can't go beyond 180kph because I think the vehicle has a speed limiter

    190 kph (SCTEX) - 2011 Ford Fiesta 1.6 S

170 kph (SCTEX) - Toyota Innova... (not recommended... the vehicle isn't designed for speed... beyond 130 kph grabe na ang vibrations sa manibela... scary s@%t) and nahuli ako sa entry point ng Subic

  3. i tried that once, and i melted my tumbler. haha. well, i guess the protein brownies are still on then.

i used this stuff every day during the time i competed, pre and post workout drink. good stuff, but it kind of makes you fart a lot. and although it does provide some protein, it merely has 9 g per serving, or around half of actual protein powder.

Try mixing 1 cup of oats with 1-2 whole eggs/egg whites, 1 scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder, a sachet or two of splenda, and a dash of cinnamon powder. Mix until you have a consistent batter. Now cook it like how you'd cook your pancakes. Now you have a protein packed breakfast.

  4. since the peanut butter has been brought up, id like to ask about it..

im assuming this is not the local lily's or ludy's peanut butter..

i read about organic peanut butter before (i think jacques mentioned it)

can you tell where can i buy this?

is there a particular brand that you guys are using?

    thanks! :)

Healthy Options. However it can be quite expensive.

  5. does microwaving Whey Protein do anything bad? does it destroy certain ingredients of anything? because i mix my Protein Powder with Peanut Butter and a little water, and i microwave it for a minute or two to make some sort of high-protein cake i can chew on.

Palakol, that I'm not really sure. However, I tried mixing whey with hot water a couple of times and I noticed that its not as soluble as it is when using cold water. Pretty weird right?

  6. i thought as much. probably just another one of those guys overrating supplements as a desperate pathetic attempt to compensate for his lazy flabby crap-eating a$s. perfectly normal. thanks, boss.

If he's anemic then iron supplementation might benefit him. However, being anemic and having a low blood pressure are 2 different things.

  7. weight loss sir. gusto ko kasi try bumaba ng timbang from my 130 lb frmae to at least 119 or 115. With regards sa diet, medyo irregular since panggabi ako. but my diet is more on fruits, more proteins, less carbs.

    please advise. thanks!

If you're taking in fruits, you're not on a low carb diet. If you chose to take the fruit/veggies path, there's no reason to bump up protein requirements since this will promote anabolisim and insuline spike whenever you eat. Go for vegetables and other slow digesting carbohydrates instead.

  8. Good evening, guys. I've been taking Gold Standard Whey 5lbs for about two weeks now, and I noticed that it's made me crave for more water and food. Is it a natural reaction? What foods/food groups should I take? I'm planning to bulk up my slim body type and sculp it in the gym. Thanks in advance, sirs. I look forward to reading your professional advice. :)

Whey protein formulas are mixed with digestive enzymes (Aminogen in ON's case) to stimulate better absorbtion of the protein. It is but natural to feel hungry within 30 mins. after ingesting whey. Since whey digests and absorbs rapidly, it is advisable to have a solid meal an hour or an hour and a half after ingesting whey.

  9. hi guys.. anybody know where i can get some clen 40mcg? thnx

Global Anabolics Clenbuterol Hydrochloride 40mcg 100pcs/bottle is in circulation in the black/gray market. It's quite accesible to people who sell steroids. I got mine for P2,000 a bottle.
