  1. Just this morning maraming akong na-browse ng mga iba't ibang mga blogs na nagsasabi daw na lumalaos na ang boxing dahil sumisikat na nga ang mga MMA events, lalo na ang UFC. Is Boxing Dead? Boxing vs. the MMA World TEN reasons why boxing is dying - and how we can bring it back to life Is Boxing Dead? Is Boxing Dead? Pero si Pacquiao...I think that he's not enough to revitalise a sport whose advertiser support (and viewership) has been steadily eroding. Not helping matters are a veritable alphabet soup of organizations pushing their own respective fighters, some of these being veritable fronts for mob money. In the US, most African-Americans would rather suit up for the NFL (with the prospect of winding up in the MMA) than to lace up gloves and spar.
  2. Any opinions or suggestions? What is an ideal time to hit the gym considering one holds a regular eight-hour job? Is it advisable to do so before or after one's work schedule?
