Yes, you may still sell the car considering you really need the money. If you haven't already done so, I suggest you take pictures of the damaged area/s before you sell the car, for future evidence in your case. The sale of your car will not affect the person's liability since her liability can still be proven even after the sale.

my car got damaged worth400k, i was about to sell it for 600k. Now, the responsible for the damage is not answering my calls and texts when she learned the amount of her damage (as per casa)since her insurance is covering only upto 100k. I already filed a criminal case against her at the fiscal office. Can i sell my car now as is where is since i really need money (the reason why am I selling it in the first place) and have the culprit pay for her damage cost afterwards?
