With regards to your tenants, the court case has nothing to do with your lease contract so they are still required to pay the rent. Your lease contract remains valid, hence, their obligation to pay the rent also remains valid and binding.

my dad's apartment where we live right now was loaned from nha, the construction of the structure itself, the land is ours. but after a family financial

crisis we haven't paid it for a while. so the nha filed it in court, it's now in the court of appeals. Although we are willing to pay naman, mag rerequest na lang kami for re-structure ng loan.

I just want to ask what are our rights now that there is a case?

Unfortunately, yung mga nagrerent dati hindi na nagbabayad since nalaman nila na may court case. Siguro more than a year na.

Can we still ask for their rent since ala pa decision yung court so technically sa min pa din yun di po ba?

I beg to disagree sir. Cotto's punch is way superior than Gayweather, that's the reason why the latter's afraid of Cotto.

 

Yeah that's what I think also, and it seems that no one in here disputes the power of cotto's punch over floyd "paranoid" jr.

If that is the case then we all know what will be the result is even if he uses his evade and counterpunch style. This may also be the reason why jr. is creating all these accusations.

 

I have a couple of questions to everybody:

Q1: If you believe in yourself and not afraid of you're oponent, you can't think of these other things than to get it on with your oponent right? I mean look at De la Hoya, Hatton and Cotto did they and everybody else ever think of drug testing before their fight? Why does these accusations of COWARD floyd jr. even matter? Who the hell he thinks is he now, compare to what our Pacman has achieved? His no loss record is not that great to brag about since everybody knows he refused to fight Shane Mosley and Cotto by choice.

 

Q2: With regards to drug testing, has anyone consider the background of our pacman since childhood? What he does while still a teenager and growing up? Is it impossible to achieve that strength without the use of drugs? How about the hard labor and what he eats while still a teenager. My point is, since childhood his body has been exposed to hard labor and lifestyle(as far as I know), and started boxing also as a teenager, so maybe his body was conditioned as to what it is right now, which can absorb power punches of Cotto. Folks our pacman is just human also.

 

I don't see anymore point of dwelling in these drug accusations of floyd "paranoid & coward" jr. since the fight can still push through if he wants it without his conditions.

I know you know better man. I just downloaded a torrent and watched his fight against cotto again and noticed and observed that cotto adopted various styles of diff. boxers. Special mention in the latter part of the fight I'm sure everybody knows who's style cotto adopted and to no avail. And I'm also sure that the power of cotto's punch is almost the same with floyd "paranoid" jr., consider also the ability of our pacman to absorb such power punches plus definitely his speed. Those drug-testing tactics of the other camp is a sign of cowardice. Kung bilib at confident ka sa sarili mo na kayang mong talunin ang kalaban mo di muna maiisip yung mga ganyang bagay, ang usto mo nyan laban na agad.

Loss naman ni jr. kung di matutuloy ang laban nila ni pacman, si pacman malaki pa din ang kikitain kahit sino ang next oponent nya.

My 2 cents.

this will be the real test of our pacman(vs. Cotto) against Mayweather Jr. if ever their fight will push through. funny thing is the nerve of Mayweather Jr. of not agreeing to a lower share of the purse. I hope Arum does something or arrange something about this. I suppose I'm just one in a million pinoys who wants to see our pacman delivers or knocks down the first or only defeat of the arrogant Mayweather Jr.

the nerve of this Gayweather Sr. to say "to lose someone below that" after what he has seen. Obviously he's just an "all talk" guy and he should be the one retiring from training other boxers. Before the fight, remember all the things he is saying to our Pacman, he even made a rap insulting Pacquiao.

With the ratio of male to female today, at least here in the Phils., which I think is 1:8(correct me if I'm wrong), a guy can have 3 to 4 gf at a time if he wants to. Though that's unfair.

So there's no need to fight over a girl if she has someone already. There are many pretty girls here in our country, but you don't need a pretty girl, what's important is the chemistry, connection, acceptance of who you are.
