Typically a starter recurve bow will set you back around 10k-15k but I strongly suggest you go for an intermediate bow which is around 18k to 25k para mas mahaba ang paggamit mo because yun starter bows are usually good only after 10-15 sessions after which you typically TRY to move up to a better now

Do you need some special permit for bows? How about crossbows?

With regards to bows, as far i know, no permit is needed. But with crossbows, you have get a permit to carry just like any firearms. I was told that the reason behind this is because crossbows have triggers like guns hence it's considered a firearm

As far as I know, there are 3 spots where you can practice archery: Kondanda Archery Range (Makati Cinema Square), Gandiva (Ortigas) and Makati Sports Club I believe if you buy your bows from Benel (Mandaluyong) they will allow you to use their range too.

You can try visiting either ranges coz they have starter sets for sale. However, if you're planning something a bit intermediate or Advanced then i suggest you visit Benel Archery. You can also shop online sa US via Amazon although shipping and customs can be a problem.
