I would rather recommend City Garden Suites Manila www.citygardensuites.com located in mabini area.
Very accomodating ang mga tao and you are comfortable. Great lobby and fresh rooms rate from P1900 to 3000 depending on your needs.
Employees are pretty here also... =)

I would recommend with two thumbs up City Garden Suites Manila along Mabini going to UN Avenue.
Great people great room and great facilities.
Price starts at P1,900 free buffet breakfast for 2 sarap to sawa!!!
The rooms are newly renovated and the bathroom though small but its very clean with bath tub. pwede magbabad.
