Dell Vostro 1500 Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz with 2.00GB of RAM. I can boot XP Pro and/or Vista Ultimate (I use the XP most of the time)
I had a Macbook (3 months) a couple of months back - it's really nice but most of the applications and files I work with are better @ XP
For home use - Dell 630M - for surfing, kiddie games and a few docs

I have a Globe line. Meron din ako prepaid Smart & Sun (dati). I don't if it's the same for Sun postpaid subscribers but the signal & call quality of the prepaid sucks. As for Smart prepaid, I'm thinking of dropping it today.
Here are the reasons why:
1. My Smart prepaid continues to bombard me with promos, logos, & ringtones that I don't ask for even if I've replied several times that I don't want to hear from them anymore.
2. The call charges are high (cell to cell). No free text even if you top up often.
3. Their f#&^ing load doesn't last long. A 115 load is valid for only 10 days. I thought I could extend the validity (since I still had an 80-peso balance on the day it's suppose to expire) if I reload another 30 (good for 3 days) or so. It expired anyway & all that's left is the new load (f*&%). Smart prepaid = total ripoff!!!

I just bought a macbook, which I'm using right now. I came from an XP desktop but switching is not that difficult. To Mac loyalists: Is the NeoOffice application a good substitute for MS Office even if I transfer files every now and then to a Windows powered PC or laptop? All my personal and work files were created thru MS Office and buying it for the mac is not an option yet due to its price.

Mine is a Compaq Presario 2500. specs:
P4 2.66 GHz
512 MB RAM
60 GB HDD
etc...
Does anyone know where I can buy a 512 MB PC266 SODIMM so I can upgrade its memory? Tried sa Villman & Gilmore stores pero negative ang results.

I have an IBM R32, bought last 2003 pa pero late 2002 pa yata lumabas ang model na 'to.
P4 - M 1.8Ghz
256 MB of RAM
20GB HDD
Quite old if you consider the rapid advancement of computer technology.
ok naman for everyday use. really sturdy too. kaso lang dahil sa kalumaan, di pa USB 2.0 (dalawa nga lang usb1.1 slots), walang fire wire din.
the video card could use some upgrading (if possible, pls let me know guys) for better gaming.
Dun sa mga nakaka alam, ano ba magandang brand ng USB 2.0 (or yung may combo na Firewire) na pwede ilagay sa PCI/PCMCIA (di ko alam correct term) slot?

IBM R32
Pentium 4 M 1.8GHZ
256 MB of RAM
ok for basic applications, not that good for gaming (graphics wise)

FHM din
