  1. Anyone got a reco for a Great Tattoo Place? I've finally decided I'm getting my first Tats this year. Gonna start with one then work my way up to two more after. I'm still tweaking and designing what I want to get it right, has colors and 1 will have text in alibata. So sana a tattoo artist with experience and knowledge of Alibata language. I'm pretty meticulous and a little OC so if doesn't come out exactly the way I want it, I'll be really pissed off at msyelf.

     

    I live in the QC area so I'd like to get it done anywhere close. But if it means for me to go all the way to Paranaque (since I hear one of the best tat artists are there) to get it done exactly the right way, I'll go there.

    no rice substitute mo wheat bread i already lost 20lbs in 4 weeks.. kc may cardio ako pro pag d mo kaya ok na for now un diet lang but d problem with diet lang e lawlaw un fats

  4. funny thing about pinoys a lil rain u can see em sporting a jacket and its hella hot! hehe but i also got a few hehe only wear em wen im out of d country or in baguio

  5. but are the risks associated are worth?

     

    with proper use it ok.. and ofcourse with d right diet and d most impt.. cardio hu wants to run around right? but its a d best way.. u cant js do sit ups or crunches and expect it 2 be ok.. and i dnt want to be dependent on such substance ul just use it to give u d extra boost.. as for my program for a month is just got ol diet and cardio 5 days a week.. and its better if u surprise urself dnt do d same routine everyday keep on adding a little more each workout this will also help u get stronger.. and for me a good trainer is very impt

  6. oops.. yeah clenbuterol.. it works like a steroid a friend of mine used it and i saw d effect on him and im thinkin of using it.. and heres what he said.. it has sum similirities with ephedrine but its more potent and last longer than a thermogenic drug or fat burner which increases ur metabolism ur aerobic capacity which means more fats and protien will be used and will slow down d storage of sugar.. its not proven as a diet pill but i saw d result and it works..

  7. from your diet plan, i can assume that you are not lifting weights because of the amount of foods you are eng?

    is it healthy to lose 10lbs in a week? considering that its your first week of diet?

    yep.. im not lifting not yet.. need to reach my weight goal 1st b4 i change my program for toning.. its ok i feel great i dnt eat d same food evryday i stl get to my d same food i eat b4 but in a small amount..

  8. i lost 10lbs in a week heres wat my friend /trainer asked me to do

     

    say goodbye to condiments junks soda milo haha etc

    morning - 1 wheat bread

    lunch - fiber and protien small amount of food

    afternoon - 1 wheat bread

    dinner - protien chicken without skin or tuna and 4 eggwhite

     

    drink as many water as u can this will help u flush out all the toxins in ur body

     

    since i have i day job.. i jog after work cardio is still the best way but there a right way to jog proper breathing and phase and proper diet.. by next week il probably loose 20lbs wee!!
