i used to be a chain smoker when i was in college, but now i seldom smoke cguro when i go to cr na lng n 1 stick na lng at d ko pa maubos yun. Just pre occupy your self with things that you want to do and do the little things that that you do not do dati.... ako bubble gum ang nag patigil skn... just chew a bubble gum instead of smoking and it help me a lot tpos d ko na dya hnahanap.... it just takes time tlaga/

TOP 4???? for me wala naman yung eh, it just happen that some people are prioritizing them. But for me it's not that your in the top 4 but IT"S HOW YOU PERFORM... dba.... cguro i belong din sa top 4 and it's an advantage din kc, but it's all about the performance that counts..

NAWALA.. that's ubsurd... I know all contracts have 3 copies, mostly sa company kc 1 for the employee, 1 for the hr and 1 for the payroll department, kya yung snasabi na nawala it's impossible....

or maybe you still have commitments in the company thats why they dont want to let you go? I dunno if the contract could be void? just ask the HR guros around in this thread... ASK sebf27 our muse n frles lvr maybe they know a thing or two about voiding the contract...

yup fearless lover is right.. it's the company's choice whether they want to take you back or not, i just want to add one more thing! if the company thinks that you are very important to their day to day operations, they would keep you no matter what.. if they give you a raise or more benefits than the other employees so you could stay......... but if they know that you are despensable, pag nag resign ka IT"S AUTOMATIC FOR THEM TO SIGN YOUR RESIGNATION LETTER... n parang di rin yta maganda tignan dhil nag resign ka dn gusto mo bawiin... just go on and find greener pasteurs outside the company na lng.

JUST REMEMBER TO SMILE AND ANSWER WITH ENTHUSIASM AND BE SINCERE on WHAT YOU SAY... Even if you are lying! be sincere pa din hehehehe

as much as possible always be sincere on what you say in your interview, because the interviewer will know if you are telling the truth or not. There are tell tale sign you know!!! It's possible na matagal ang application for your interview... and as DJANGO have said it will not hurt to follow up yur application.
