I have a MSI laptop that currently has WinVista. I made the configurations to boot to the CD drive because I will be installing XP. Upon turning on the system, it goes to the screen saying "Press any key to boot from cd..." (naturally)....but once I do it just tries to boot to the cd then immediately goes into a black screen. I know it is still turned on and trying to run but it does not go anywhere.

What could be the problem?

How much is a Canon S3 IS in Hidalgo nowadays? Can we buy this for PHP 16K or less already?

I read in Yahoo Tech that this is a good buy.

Nikon D40 user here. I've been wanting to explore the many lenses available. Could you give me a couple lenses that are popular and their field of specialty (for macro, portrait....etc).

Used to have a Dell Inspiron 640M Core 2 Vista.

 

Glad I made the switch. Ang bilis ng bootup ng Mac.Less than 15sec lang.

There's not much you can do to clean the body. If it gets wet, get rid of the liquid with a paper towel, cloth, whatever, etc ASAP. To get rid of dirt, simply wipe it off with a damp cloth. As with all electronic devices, don't use a cleaning solution.

 

Also, don't use any type of liquid or cleaner to clean your lenses. Doing so will only mess up the special coatings on the lens. Use lint free cloth instead.

 

If you start seeing dark spots in your pictures, use a sensor swab. The Photographic Solution brand of sensor swabs is industry standard.

Now that some of us have the equipment....What is a good way to clean our SLR's???

22.5k to be exact. Kasama na 1 gig mem saka bag. May libre kiss pa cguro kaso do ko type nagbenta sa akin eh. A lot of ppl say that it is just an entry level cam but your skills will be the deciding factor for it. If you can invest in good lenses in the future you are all set. It is good enough for me.

Just to help....I bought a Nikon D40 recently. Ok naman siya, I would recommend it. Cheapest one so far.

Ok naman siya pero still trying to learn from it. Dami na controls and possibilities to think of compared sa previous P&S cams ko. No I don't think I got the VR lens. What is it about anyway?

One more thing...what is the kit lens mostly good for? What setting would be best?

Kit lens are only called kit lens because they are packaged together with the camera... just because its called a kit lens it doesn't mean that its crap...

Hmm...wala pa din akong kilala na naka-try na mag-laro online gamit ang pirated discs. Sa XboxLive kasi nade-detect nila kapag pirated yung copy mo at kapag modded ang console mo.

Oh man! Sayang naman if I tried it out and di rin gagana. Ayoko naman bumili ng ethernet adapter sa PS2 ko kung wala rin. Wawa naman ang pinas.

Yes I was talking about MGS3. I was curious kung nalalaro dito sa pinas yung online games ng PS2 (any online games) using pirated discs? I would want to try sana kaso ayoko muna bumili ng ethernet adapter sa PS2 baka hind rin pala gumana.

I do not know where to ask this Q. I just need to know if has anybody tried to make use of the ps2 dsl gaming? Does it work on pirated cd's? Let me know what are your experiences.

Dude, malamang baka ma-phase-out na ang S3 kasi lumabas na ang S5, kaya namamahalan ka sa S5 kasi bumagsak na ang presyo ng S3.

 

Kung features and investment ang habol mo, talagang angat ang S5, I believe it's P21K in Hidalgo, but try mo sa Mayers and you can get discounts pa, July 2007 lang kasi lumabas ang S5.

Sa hidalgo ako nagtanong. Walang stock daw yung Canon na S3, mahal naman kasi nung S5 kaya di ko alam gagawin ko. Hanap sana ako best alternative.

How much is this in Hidalgo? Have u tried it urself? Looks ok except I like the S3's shape a lot better but the info really boasts about Panasonic's ability to stabilize the image.

Nga pala. Does the IS (Image Stabilization) really work in them Canon's? In S3 kasi it has a powerful zoom lense of 12x..at that rate, I would really need to hold the camera at almost perfect state as to not blur the image.
