  2. I wont complain sa liftetime of unlimited use tapos 30 thou lang binayad ko :D

     

    Kung nagenroll ako sa ibang gym, in 5 years mga 120 thou babayaran ko..... hindi pa lifetime yan....

  3. sino sino ba ang mga trainer nagyon dito? last time i heard was most of the veteran trainers left already...

    dito kasi sa alabang, halos lahat ng trainers e galing sa FF

    panget daw magpalakad dun, mahigpit daw pagdating sa quota....

     

    mga 3 or 4 na trainer sa Slimmers alabang galing sa FF alabang

  4. hi mr. humpster! im actually on a high protein diet! i eat kenny rogers roasted chicken breast on mwf because i workout on those days! and for tths! i eat dumplings and siomai because i dont workout on those days kya i eat less and syempre may veggies din! is my diet ok? i guess there is something wrong with my program din! i workout on mwf! every monday i do chest bicep abs n cardio! on wed nman i do back triceps abs n cardio tpus sa friday i do shoulders legs abs! what do you think sir?

    anu kinakain mo ng saturdays and sundays?

    hindi ko din alam kung ok yung siomai and dumplings..... parang fatty food ata yan bro......

    im not that good when it comes to advising what to eat, but i think you should stick to

    roasted chicken(wag mo nadin kainin yung balat)

    tuna and beef, brocoli naman para sa gulay and fruits

     

    kasi ako i workout atleast 5 times a week, monday to friday then sat and sun ang pahinga :thumbsupsmiley:

     

    teka, ilang beses ka ba kumain sa isang araw?

  5. hi masters! im 5'7 and i weigh about 147lbs. im planning to buy hydroxycut hardcore to help me get ripped! i have been working out for a year now but i cant seem to get cut. i know my program and diet might be wrong but i dont know where to get help for my training and nutrition consultations! i dont have much budget for the trainers and nutritionist so im planning to gamble it on the fat burner! any advice masters? maybe someone can help me get a good program? it will be much appreciated! thanks

     

    hhhhhmmmmm......

    baka you need more protein and less carbo man.....

    baka kaya hindi ka maging ripped kasi sa eating habbits din....

    try mo bawasan yung carbo and add a little more cardio on your workout

    or intensify mo yung workout mo, high reps :thumbsupsmiley:

     

    hydroxycut will help pero tingin ko nasa food padin yun

    with proper exercise and diet, mapapansin mo na mas magiging ripped ka :D

     

    tsaka pag nagdidiet ka, parang dito ko nakukuha yung extra source ng energy na kailangan ko

    specially pag heavy-sets ang ginagawa ko....

     

    pero advise ko is bumili ka muna ng konti lang...

    try mo muna kung hiyang ka, yung iba ko kasing friends nakakaramdam ng heart burns.....

    yung iba naman na naka-try, nahihirapan daw sila matulog....

     

    so depende nalang siguro kung ok sayo yung gamot or hindi

    madami pa namang iba dyan if hindi mag work sayo hydroxycut :thumbsupsmiley:

  7. side effects..nung nag try ako..para ako laging naka inom ng sangkatutak na black coffee..

     

    gaanu ka effective, maayos naman siya just as long as meron ka na sound diet at exercise..eto yung kumbagang magtutulak sa iyo sa finish line ng fitness goals mo

    tsaka maganda sya inumin 30min. before your first meal sa morning, tsaka yung 2nd is 30min. before workout

    para may extra boost ka, wag mo lang iinumin near bedtime(dapat ata atleast 6 hours before sleep ang huling inom mo)

    kasi para ka ngang ng take ng coffee na madami so yung iba nagkakaproblem sa pagtulog

    pero sakin wala naman :thumbsupsmiley:
