mukhang puro type 1 players dito ah...sa kabila kasi pro type2 naman...

yup meron pa ring players who uses old cards...vintage players or type 1 players...although mas marami ngayon players ng standard or type 2....this is open naman sa lahat....and kung gusto nyo makilaro i think ok lng lang sa kanila kung type 1 cards niyo... I a type 1 player din...post lang kayo ng intention to play then organize na lng..usually tuesdays and thursdays...contact nyo si reich or freezeburn...

I used to play Magic back in the 90s and have been thinking of maybe getting back into it.

 

Just curious how the scene is now if anyone could give me some info.

 

1. Is it still easy to find other magic players?

2. Where are the tournament, casual play centers located? Is it still greenhills?

3. About how much would it cost to get back into it?

- this is the best time to come back.. there are a lot more cooler cards (Now that Timespiral is in and they reprinted some old cards) and a lot more players than before..plus there are a lot more tournaments that back in those days....

theres Neutral grounds glorietta, NG robinsons ermita, NG robinsons galleria, sm north and also NG Madison....

You have a lot of different formats...from standard, to extended, to legacy, to vintage.....

And regarding how much it would cost..it would depend on the format you're going to play in....there's a lot of budget decks out there....but as you may already know...it was and it never will be cheap to play magic...
