This is true. It's not a tourist trap if you just know how to read traffic signs and follow traffic rules like a proper driver. You just gotta leave the Manila driving "etiquette" at the gates and you're good to go.

Ineffective lang talaga ang management ng BCDA outside of BGC and now they also want to take over camp John Hay ata sa Baguio. BGC might have just been a fluke for the BCDA thanks to the big families that poured a lot of resources into making it work.
