  1. Doctor here - the usually said advice of at least 2 liters a day is not really true. Drink when you're thirsty but make sure you feel hydated all the same. The exact amount of water needed varies greatly based on individual factors like activity level, climate, and overall health, you might need more or less than 2 liters I usually drink around 1.5 - 2 liters a day

  3. Been to both Tokyo and Osaka, and I must say that each has its own perks. But I feel like Osaka is a better destination. Food capital plus Kyoto and Nara are nearby.
