  1. sa mga over 25 or 21 years old ... wag ka na umasa, dapat bata palang, mga grade 1 onwards hangang 21, meron routine ( lalo na during Puberty, dito mo dapat ituro sa anak yung gagawin para tumangkad siya ) ito nlng naaalala ko nung nag research ako enough Sunlight stay active ( wag puro Computer tulad ng ginawa ko ) Basic Fitness ( Strength training "esp. Squats" ... and Cardio ) pagdating sa teenagers , di naman kailangan level ng pang bodybuilder In my opion itong dalawa pinaka importante ( Nutrition and Rest ) Eat Balanced and a healthy Amount ( use common sense ) Regular Good Sleep ( Google nyo nlng yung deep sleep at growth hormones ) -.-.- meron pa sigurado ibang mga tulong, pero ito yung part na may magagawa yung tao ( swerte nlng ng iba na nasa Genetics, tulad ng pamangkin ko ) spinal decompression through hanging at " leg pulling " tulad ng sa video na to = temporary increase in height , or baka may tulong din to pag ginawa ng >60 days or even since during puberty , idk.
