  1. i suggest na mag badminton ka atleast 3x a week, they say malakas makapag papayat ang badminton, kasi talagang papawisan ka ng grabe c", )

    yes, this is true. ang dami ng namayat sa amin because of badminton but sana after the game huwag magkayayaan sa alibi bale wala rin hehehe. :D .. after six is also effective, avoid fatty foods pati ra rin sweets. exercise regularly.

  2. Rest lang yan na may mellow music, samahan mo na ng scented candles.. champagne.. dim lights oopppps got carried away :lol:

    ako kasi talagang kahit mag-rest ako, masakit pa rin ulo ko. i also avoid yung bawal like (coffee, cheese etc.)wa epek ang tulog. :D

  3. take ibuprofen, effective but if still doesn't work na try ko na yung diclofenac sodium (doloflam). kakaantok nga lang pero isang inuman lang tanggal na. it's between ibuprofen and anesthesia na. matindi na sakit nun. :lol: sa biogesic, mawawala for a while pero nag-rerecur.
