Pwede ba annulment with custody? Married kami ni legal wife pero on and off after a couple of years. May kids kami during the storm pero parang allergic yata sya sa bata. Sa family nila yung babies ko when they were newborn, pero pagtungtong ng 1 year, ayaw na, so sa akin na napunta yung anak namin. My parents helped raise the kids while I go to work. I've been the de facto sole parent of my kids since they each reached ~1 year old, malalaki na sila ngayon 12, 10. Yung spouse ko may 3 year old kid na din sa ibang kinakasama. What are my options?
