Question about perjury meron kasing kaso na where in the complaint is selling of land ng hindi licensyado. The defendant is brokering farmers land without a license. The buyer big realty company. Meron kcng pinasang dokumento ung defense na authority to sell (for the buyers agent) na fabricated so natural pasisinungalingan nung witness(spa holder for the said lands). Facts ung notaryo ay fake as stated by the notary (pineke daw nung secretary nya) ung signature ang pinasisinungalingan nung witness kasi wala daw cya binigay na ganun dun sa defendant and never daw nya nakita or nakilala kung sinu man ung agent na un na nakasulat dun sa authority to sell. Also as to my knowledge sinuhulan si witness ni defendant na akuin ung pirma for a large sum of money pero tumangi cya. The said lands were already sold and sinolo ni defendant bypassing lahat ng kasama nya pati ung original agent dpt nila. The problem with this is malaking pera pinapagapang nila lahat ng attorney na nakukuha binebenta ang kaso lahat ng sinasampa may mali at na tetechnical. Up to a point na na dismiss ung falsified document at nag pursue ung perjury. So my question is hindi ba dapat pag goverment ang complainant like in this case they should shoulder the witness defense kasi witness kana out of pocket pa lawyer mo. Second how can the parent case be dismissed pero ung counter na perjury hindi. Also what actions can be done against the lawyers nung witness nag self incriminate dun sa client nila. sabotage pa nga iniipit pa ung mga papeles nung client nila na kelangan sa kaso. Citing reason na they have to pay him millions pra ibigay nya(verbal na if they win the case they will give the attorney) also note wala silang moa kc umayaw n nung makita ung greedy salaysay na gnawa nya for the client and the self incrimination na gnawa nya kaya nkasuhan ng perjury ung client nya(also fear mongering well sinabi nmn nya na makakasuhan daw tlaga ng perjury dhl dun sa ginawa nya taktika daw tlaga nya un mag handa daw pag piyansya paglabas ng warrant of arrest 🤦)
