well, nakaka boost siya talaga ng WORKOUT mo...I have been taking creatine for 2 years now, nag stop ako lang ng once, 2 weeks pero bumalik ako uli, but i don't usually take it on SUNDAYS pag rest days (masyado magastos, LOL)
